The parade is held each year on the Sunday prior to St. Patrick's Day. The parade features floats, trucks, and marching clubs, and throws include traditional carnival beads, cups, and trinkets, as well as cabbage and other vegetables! This is the biggest St. Patrick’s Day Parade in the Greater New Orleans area. The Bayou Tramps Carnival Club has openings for riders in this fun event aboard one of it two super-floats with a D.J. playing great festive music. We have over 30 years experience!
